- From Hwy 23 (East on 23)Take a left on Mayhew Lake Road 3/4 mile to 15th St. NE. Take left, Property is on your right hand side.
- Take Co. Rd. 3/Golden Spike Rd (past Perkins in the Pines) across to the east side of Hwy 10. Take a right at the 4 way stop (Mayhew Lake Rd) Take a right on 15th St. N. Autumn Woods is the first two buildings on your right.
- Travel south on Benton Drive. At the stoplights one block past Coborn's Superstore(5th St), take a left. Go straight at the stop sign. When you pass over Hwy 10, take the first left turn.(15th St) Stay on this road thru the right curve. Property is down one block on the left.
"We have lived in a two bedroom for over a year and a half. It's a well kept and quiet building with friendly management and maintenance staff. The building is in good shape and has a great layout, all the apartments but the ones at the front of the building have a porch or balcony and a nice view. The buildings are situated on the corner so there is little traffic and noise from the street."

"This place was great. The staff was always nice and very helpful. Great location, quiet. Never had any problems with the neighbors. Moved to Arizona in 2010, but planning on moving back in the next year. Will definitely be checking this place out first!"
